Can't seed torrent

Plz help me. I install the tracker step by step, from 0.3 to 0.3.3. Everything is fine by now except this error.

I have another tracker used Free Torrent Source, it run smoothly by now. But I love this tracker and the bit-hdtv skin and I want to use it so badly

Create .htaccess file in root dir of your's site and put this code in file
