Is that good for Yuna Scatari source if I want delete from database all Mybb forum files and forum folder and replace default forum db files and php files?And setup default forums.php & editforums.php! Is this safe??

You should try this on a test install first !
Don`t do it on a live site !

I do:) I want just know if I delete this forum files I think tracker did not work well becouse that forum is integrated very deep and some functions doesn't work:)

No, it is not integrated deep at all.. Just drop all mybb tables and insert newones for your forum

I have installed totally diffrent forums for my copy of YSE BoLaMN Edition..
You may want to edit some files like takelogin.php and remove useless code / files afterwards

I upgrade my tracker with default forum.php:) Not mybb:)
