TS SE v5.1 error no security image help

so installed v5.1 everything fine until login look at screen

If this is a fresh install of a previously live version of ts 5.1 then do u happen to have in config a file called security if u do replace the file.

I had to do this as it wouldnt allow me a viewable image either so i replaced my old one with it and it fixed my problem
