cheap offshore hosting

got a new site soon commin' up called acghosting still under dev.

but for now here's the goods:

i've got a server in germany and i'm willing to host torrent sites and anything else.

it'll be cheap probly. bout 3-4USD/mo for about 2-3GB of space, though bandwidth i'm still figuring out. it'll be lxadmin running the pannel (like a nock off of cpanel). and you'll have ulim mysql db's..

If it allows torrent trackers to be hosted on the servers then im interested.

So do you know the bandwith limit, because for a torrent tracker you need a lot of it.
