Looking for a designer

Not much of designing though :P
The job is to convert two or three TBDev 09 skins to fit the 08 BJs Installer source, plus making custom logos/banners/favicons etc to fit the designs.
Sample of work would be great. I need the job done fast and smoothly. Payment will be around 100$ BUT...after completion of the first theme:
You make the first theme i see you're up to it. I pay you, and you make the other one or two + the custom graphics.

I'm sorry but the payment thing is due to giving money and receiving shit, again and again...?Need to see sample of work and then I all open.
