news error :/...

Hello BL again,

im having a little trouble with my news page here...
and note that this is (NOT) the tbdev source, im just trying to make my own tracker based on a tbdev 09 final source...

that is why im posting here...

in anyway... on my homepage... no errors... and no news at all...
here is my news file... (ATTACHED)...

please someone, can solve this?... i have been trying... but no luck
