i dont use decoded version i usually use DaKz heavy modded or regular DaKz one , make sure theres no spaces between the start of the text click on start of text and press back key to make sure ive come across same error before and that usually was issue

it's not a coding problem, it may be because of server

did you created the database? on phpmyadmin?
same name there and install too!!

I asked for a reboot of the server or was accomodation for the site and became works
