TS SE v4.3 - pincode check problem

I have trouble verifying a pin code of Staff pannel.
I use the virtual keyboard, enter the code pin and then give check pincode

And I get the following error:
An error has occcured!
Invalid Pincode

I entered pine that I used to install and does not work

When access Tracker Settings get this error:
Error
Access Denied! You have been exceed your max pincode attempts therefore we have been disabled your account.

how I could solve this problem?

there are 2 seperated pincodes, the one you create while install witch is for Settings Panel and other one you create later for the Staff Panel :smile:

So you need to unban yourself tru phpmyadmin or similar :D

Exact as he said hatchet you must change the pincode in staffpanel the one that you generate in the installation is alone temporarily for this it he was sending you eror and you ban the account you can edit it in the BD in the case that you ban remembers to see all the fields in general it he leaves disabled type you and I change my group user

exacto como dijo hatchet debes cambiar el pincode en staffpanel el que generas en la instalacion es solo temporal por esto te mandara error y te baneara la cuenta puedes editarlo en la BD en el caso que te banee recuerda ver todos los campos por lo general te deja tipo deshabilitado y te cambio grupo usuario

But I can't enter the staffpanel anymore.
I unban myself in the database, but after that when I wanna enter the staff panel it bans me again :unknown:

After you unban from the database, go first to the Tracker Settings / Security and setup your staff panel pincode, wich is not the same thing as the settings pincode

hey man just read up the guide it's explained there!!! even it says for 5.x but 4.3 is pretty close to that

not helping to me seted pin as atached exact same in both of windows then save then it redirects me to index and ask for pin but admin panel part stays where it is
so when i enter pin nothing happen no error nothing then i go to tracker and try to acsess trackers setings with new pin (works ) try to accses staff panel and say wrong pass wtf ?

when you change Staff pincode don't put up anything for the tracker also use only numbers and see if that works
