Need help with ts on xampp!

Hi.
I am getting error "This webpage is not available
The webpage at http://79.126.209.34/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error."
when installing TSSE v5.6 DECODED (NULLED BY Nightcrawler). I am finishing all of installing steps, but when i press "Click here to login" it redirects me to localhost/xampp. Then i type in browser "localhost" but it shows my that error. I had tried to set xampp to use my external ip(to not use 127.0.0.1) but the problem was the same. All files in Config/ are good configured, and, also, the database tables are succesfully imported. I am using xampp 1.8.1 x86 with ioncube installed and gzip module enabled on windows 7 32bit. My ts files are in htdoc folder. I hope that anyone will help me

get yourself some good hosting or even better a vps and test it proper more trouble than its worth most the time localhost

I want to have it on my pc it is more easy to test and configure and then to upload it on hosting. I had tried enabling gzip compression but nothing :/

how can it be easier your not running now 1.00 hosting you would be
comes down to being cheap i was the same now have 5 vps to play with

In config/TWEAK file

change:

PHP Code:


			
"gzipcompress";s:3:"yes";

to the following:

PHP Code:


			
"gzipcompress";s:3:"no";

and then see what happens

tnx daz now it is finally working. but why when i click rebuild ipcache it bans me ?

How do you mean it bans you? Can you post the error message?

Is there a "127.0.0.1" or "localhost" in the ban list? You should check
