Help please

how do i fix this ?Is it in css
im running tbdev source

all my pages are like this the tables are to the left and i want to center them iv looked through css about 4 times and cant see nothing to changed the alignment of the tables

you're using unfinished ore just plain bad template
since you even ask what is makeing it look like that i suggest other template
