1. The "Tracker Settings" section is divided into 3 sections: Tracker Settings, Announcement Settings, Other Settings

In the "Maintenance, removal and cleaning" section, an option has been added to delete duplicate statistics; for the "Deleting torrent statistics" option, an option has been added to select deleting statistics of only guests/non-guests/all (when you turn on/off the tracker for guests, the guest statistics are no longer deleted automatically)
