If you like TBDev and want a lot of mods and you don't want to or know how to code I would suggest U232 it's real similar to TBDev has many many mods, a very active forum and the code is more up to date then the TBDev.

The problem with paying someone to code you site for you.
What ever source code you go with.
Is you have not learned anything about coding.

So when you have an issue.
You have to pay someone to fix it.
Or you want a new mod adding.
You pay someone to add it

This is a never ending circle.
And you open yourself to loads of potential problems.
The more people that have had access to your code.
The more messed up it can become ( lack on continuity in coding styles )

Not to mention the security issues, ( how many people have your access code )

If you are planning on having a long term tracker.
You need to learn how to code things for yourself.
That is what this forum and other forums are all about.
To help, support and teach you how to code.
We all started of not knowing much.
But we all have to start some where.
