How to edit categories?

Hello,
Can anyone please tell me how to edit the categories , i know how to change the icons. I need to know how to edit the texts like Applications, Movies etc. and sub-categories. What file do I need to edit? Thanks for your time .

Go to staff panel...staff tools...look for CATEGORY Manage Tracker Categories add change what ever you require there.
