unless you're saying the little icon next to names then it's "Tracker Setting" --> "Usergroup setting" in there you need to use simple html

i wouldn't use that rgb(x.x.x) i would go for #xxxxx instead or use simple colors like "red", "blue" , "yellow", "teal" ,....etc
here is a sample code

I wasn't sure where <img> was referring to so I used the ../ to go up one level which is the main directory of site

you can't because the new usergroup icons are created not chosen!
i.e. it starts with blank template and words are dumped on

you have to retro-code it back at 3.1 i.e. in userdetails.php rip out the new code for usergroup pic and put the old code from 3.1 then go to functions and put the old code there too then cross your fingers and it might work

i.e. WASTE OF TIME!

the only image you can change is the template picture which is in
/pic/info
