Weird Error when Uploading a torrent file

Hey there guys this is the weird error I get when trying to upload a torrent to my site? Could you guys tell me why it's there and how to fix it up thanks ;-).

Thanks for your help mate, that worked a treat, would also love to know also how to get it to seed now? For some reason it's not showing any seeding connections at all? Will I have to edit something for that? I was also wondering how do I add some more stuff, like apps/misc I want to make some more things to add.
