i have problem with image upload !

i have problem with upload from URL ! i dnt see image just blank image..

pls help !

am use TS 5.6 version many files am edited !

am use XAMPP 1.7.3

from fastpic.ru, imagebam i dont see images , from ipicture.ru i see without problems

i dont undestand why ?:)
