Default Encoding problem
Im using this source http://bvlist.com/yuna-scatari/431-y...e7-bolamn.html

When i use cyrilic letters in the torrent i have no problem in other pages,etc.

But when i use cyrilic on poll and forum shows like this:

Change the datatype on the poll fields.

I found it ... but even when i change to any charset it still gets with strange sumbuls... i cannot find windows-1251
