That could be a number of things.The torrent file to start off with is corrupted or named wrongly or has an empty string.Your client your using is not compatible with it.Lot of things you need to test there.

In benc.php line 87:
if (preg_match('/^i(\d+)e/', $s, $m)) {
change to:
if (preg_match('/^i(-{0,1}\d+)e/', $s, $m)) {

if u create torrent whit utorrent over ver 3.x.
