• TS 5.1 Fake account Help plz !! •

firstly, i promoted another ID to Team Leader and of course, it didn't work as u guys know :

An error has occured!
We come to believe you are using a fake account, therefore we've logged this action!

so i googled some information (i'm newbie) and i got that i need to type the ID that i promoted in Manage Staff. there was admin:1 so i added ART:2

just after that. my admin got the same thing > Fake account.

i can't use the admin ID right now. i also found someone said that i could find ts_function in the database or something . i couldn't find it. it's not there. and another way that say i could go to my DB and unban myself.

honestly, i have no idea about how to unban or make myself a new admin ID ..

so any answers would be appreciated.

You have to put the new staff members Name and ID in "Tracker settings" under Staff.

You can do it manually here: ROOT/config/STAFFIDS and config/STAFFNAMES

in both cases you must remember that there is a difference between capital and lowercase letters. It must be EXACTLY as the user name.

anyway, could u tell me how to promote the staff properly ??

like how to add more Staff name - Staff's ID

for example, there is admin:1
i've added like ART:10 < ID
but it doesn't work. do i need to put like admin:1, ART:2 ??

I dont know the version 5.1 but in my 3.1 i type it like this:

STAFFNAMES
Admin Chef Prince Kimy Bravo DinGo

STAFF-USER IDs
1 5 43 678 332

Dont use . , - Just a simple space in between

you can add in admin pannel in tracker settings just find sraff manage or some else there you cab add new team name and id


example admin:1,jonh:230
