I think ronaldica is romanian user ;))
Becoz all romanian users want to make a tracker and they don't know how
Ronaldica try tbdev ! It's the best source ! fallow instructions how to install and Good Luck ;) If you have some problems PM me !

Go here: TBDEV.NET - Community forum and ask them all the questions in the world about tbdev...they know all the answers

If you can wait 1 week it will be perfectly !
I asked my friend if he can buy host+domain and make a forum just like tbdev in ROMANIAN...he will help all how to make a nice tbdev source...like Craiova Torrent Tracker , www.craiovahub.ro etc;)
