First you should search the forums, this has been answered over 20 times...

You need the ioncube_loader modules
Download the correct loader for your system from here:
PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download

then you must put the ioncube folder in public_html folder !

Here download this file....

[hide]ioncube.rar[/hide]

Extract the contents. Copy the folder to your www folder. Then in your browser type "http://yoursite.com/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php"
