Default guideness in theming
Ok so I got TBDEV up and working. All the mods installed and working. Now is there a guide or something that can help me to theme my site. I know I have a .css file that I can edit but as far as I can tell I need to edit some other things
I am looking at bitorrent.php because that looks like the place but I am unsure at this part. if there is a guide or something to help me pin point what php or phps I have to change to move stuff around like the menu bar and what have you.

example:
I trying to figure out how to move the menu bar for like (browse, upload, forum, and so on so on, up top)

but I can seem to find where the location is at. I found it in the css but it isn't moving it right or maybe I am just doing it wrong

thanks for the help

unfortunately i did not see ever a tutorial for making themes for tbdev or any other source
but why use an old source like tbdev when you could get something new and better like http://dev.phptt.pw/torrents

if you don't see it means you don't you a template system so you need to look into bittorrent.php for the stdhead function

the easiest way to do it is to replace the stdhead and stdfoot section in bittorrent with the same section in torrentstrikes bittorrent file
