Ok, I got this version too.

Quick and easy steps to get you up and running

1. Unzip the release archive to your computer using an archive utility capable of decompressing the download format you choose (Winrar,Winzip).
2. Using an FTP client (FlashFXP,CuteFTP,FileZilla), upload the entire contents of the 'upload' directory to a visible directory on your web server.
3. In your browser, visit the URL where you installed your tracker, appending /install/ on to the end of it.
4. CHMOD the files/folders that installer will tell you.
5. After the installation has completed, please DELETE the 'install' directory from server.
6. You can now login to the Administration Control Panel by appending ./administrator/ on to the URL of your tracker.

Yeah, 1.0.2 is latest final version. 1.2.3 final version is some kind of work in progress that they released and 2.0 is a Beta!
I think that 1.2.3 is a base version for 2.0 Beta!

missing my.php file and takeprofedit.php

Bump: can't change theme in the profile
and i want 1 module Mass Bonus (or upload size)

PS can't rate torrent (is missing this thing)
