Forgoten unset BtiTracker From ~2007-2008

While I was searching on google for some old scripts, I felt on an old unset BtiTracker v1.4.7.
The exact date I found it: 18-07-2023(DD-MM-YYYY)
The domain is:
http://pleech.50webs.com/install/


I am wondering who had left this script unset for ~15-16 and kept paying the server (i found that this server costs $2-5 per month from the hosting company's website price list)

Where is this domain hosted... maybe into the Mars :)
And also maybe BtiTracker v1.4.7. is the best in this moment

I suppose it is not free hosting. I read in the hosting company that free websites without traffic are getting deleted after one/two months. So I suppose that someone is paying to keep the site running or by a mysterious way the installer has visits to keep the site open for 15-16 years.
