TS 5.1 Proxy server error

Hi, i wanted to ask how to solve some problems in my TS special edition 5.1 when new users are trying to register,
they gain an error:

 Proxy server detected. We don't allow registrations via proxies

I don't know how to repair this,
(tried to search in google, in tracker settings, but i haven't found anything)

Also, there is another problem i have:

An error has occured!
We come to believe you are using a fake account, therefore we've logged this action!

I read in your forum how to solve it, but i still haven't, neither of the solutions solved the problem, so i am asking for a reall working way to repair this! Thanks!

For the proxie setting go to your tracker setting, than click on Extra Setting and change "Proxie Detection?" to NO and save. Done.

As for the

An error has occured!

If that is the Admin account you have to unban the account through SQL or reinstall the script.
