Fake acc

Ok, today iwe put TSSe 5.1 on server and it was great, i was admin. then my friend come, he registrate and iwe put him for sysop, and then he got error

An error has occured!
We come to believe you are using a fake account, therefore we've logged this action!

after some second i we got error An error has occured!
We come to believe you are using a fake account, therefore we've logged this action! and now when i registrate all is ok , but when i give me sysop trought myphpadmin iwe got error again. Anyone know why ?

Did you add him into this:-?

Staff Menu / Tracker Settings

Security Settings / Manage Staff Team

You must add his username and id to the list.

eg.. user:1, anybofy:2

ah i added him in this for me1 he2. But why did iwe got measge that i using fake acc ??

If you Promote someone to Staff and do not add them to the Manage Staff Team you will always receive that error.

It's just basic security incase anyone manages to promote themselves to a higher level without your knowledge, this way they cannot access the site or any of the staff functions.

I dont know why but again is same. iwe put Street:1, soko:3 and he got fake account again. first iwe put him in sysop then in staff manager

Did they try logging out and then back in again?

Again its not work. His usren name is soko and my is Street. Iwe put Street:1, soko:2 and saved, then iwe go to his account, edit him end put for Sysop and after min he got fake account

EDIT: Its ok now, we needed tu promote member step by step, user, power user, vip etc.
