Looking to get back into the running of a torrent

I am looking to go full time into running a new torrent site,

All my charges are now over (a got $35k fine in my absense.)

Anyway im looking to start up a full torrent search engine site

Will consider a torrent idexxing site also.

As i have been a long time away here is some info im hoping i can get.

Hosting on leaseweb i think is ok if you have small tracker and you`re hidding it good
