But yes, it is encoded so useless to those of us that aren't using ionCube loader.

As far as the database goes. If I understand correctly, if you've created the plugins properly (as the "plug ins.txt" says) you should have no problems.

Would be good to get a decoded version of this.
I misplaced the decoding software I used so unfortunately I can't do it.
