Question My host server got banned from Italy
Hello,

recently I got a web space on a offshore (NL) host for my torrent tracker.
Everythings worked fine for 2 days, then the people start to say that they can't see the tracker anymore.
So, I can ping it but I'm unable to resolve it, you can't see the site, it say DNS error.
My host admin started to talk about a firewall problem, then a DNS problem and now say that there everythings work fine, but from Italy (my country) nobody still can access to this site apart with a proxy.
The only thing that I know for sure is that Malwarebytes is blocking the IP of the server where my tracker is on, I wrote to Malwarebytes and this is the answer:

Quote:
The IP alert indicates that an malicious IP was prevented from loading onto your system.
No action is required unless you're also experiencing malware symptoms.
If I do a search with the server IP I can see that in the address range of my host are a few of blocked IP.

Now, it's about 2 weeks now that I can't access to my tracker and I asked for a money back.

If someone have an idea to how resolve it please.. tell me.

Thanks

my domain is evolutionit.co.cc

I had almost 3 host before and I never had problems, but they was all bandwidth limited.

If you try it you'll see that out of Italy the site work fine.
BTW, from the time I asked the money back I had no more answer from the host.

I don't know what happen but I used it only for the first 2 days and I think money back is normal in this cases.

Thanks

Nope :)

As long as I don't understand what happened I can't do a bad publicity for the service, it is not right I think.

The first time say that they had a firewall problem, the second time that it was a DNS propergate problem and they will solve it in 48 hors, third time that was a DNS cache and DNS zone problem and they will solve in other 24 hours.
etc..etc..
