fake account problem TSSE v5.6 DECODED (NULLED BY Nightcrawler)

I installed the source, everything is OK, works awsome, but I have one problem, I promoted someone to Team Leader and he gets this message:

An error has ocured!
We come to believe you are using a fake acount, therefore we logged this acction !

After this I deleted the accound and he registered again and I promoted him to Administrator usergroup but the same problem.

How can I solve this ?

it's not too late.... read up the setup guide i created

all repeated questions that are covered by the guide will be deleted unless you tried and still no go

also create better topic titles, it helps other users when they have same issue

I am getting the same error, so i done what was said, i deleted the account and then made another account but still getting the same error, i have set the tracker settings to allow 2 ip's but still not sure why i am getting this error, someone got any ideas?

Go in Tracker Settings on manage staff team section and add there in a the username and the user id, and will work

If the user isnt added to the staff team you should get a page that says "we become to be leave we are using a fake account" This properly means that that page isn't reachable hence why you getting the error handling page ...

How to add users to staff team

1) You will need to go to your db and look in your user table, if you you can't access admin/edituser.php?action=edituser&userid=3 and look for the users ID you have just created eg. 3
2) Go to http://yoursite.com/admin/settings.php and go to manage staff team.
3 Add the username and id and hit save.
