A little problem

I got a source for Xzone torrent tracker and I installed as written in Readme file. The problem is that when I create my torrents says "Torrent not registered with this tracker" or upload the tracker when a torrent from another tracker, I try to get on my-tracker, and I look like seeders is 0 and is not increase at all.
