show hint team messages in sb

here just a little modification how to show team messages in shoutbox.

well may be just a little help for the team to see messages arrive a little faster than with just original code ))

take outputinfo.php an find round about line 81 - 95 (shoutbox we use is modded one from lateam.....thx guys)
