oh you meant when they ask you to enther the vnc password, when typing nothing appears? just continue typing and hit enter, they will ask you to type once again to verify and the password will not show up too, its like when you type password and *** appears but SSH the password doesnt appear.

did you start vnc on the server?
issue the command Code:
vncserver
