error installation TS

hi to all I need indeed help, when I try to install the TS 7.2 on my hosting sprout me this error

Code:

"PLEASE DISABLE PHP SAFE MODE TO CONTINUE  INSTALLATION"

I also have contact the ohosting (M2host.com) and you/they have told me that and disarmed state.
I don't know how to proceed

ask scam as theres no point installing the one thats floating about not been nulled/decoded

in plesk its in web hosting settings same as c panel if hosting you need to add into htacces/phpini
