timezone setting & error in script

Hellow all;
i got few errors in my site script i use xbtit 2.3 version & i get these errors on my site script so any one know how i fix them

when i click on torrent download it show me this

iam very new in all that so dont have any idea how to fix them but u experienced guys can heklp me to fix them & any little help will be highly appreciated.

i dont know m8 as in koloxo control panle in timezone setting i put setting but these errors still show on my site & by thaway thanks for ur suggestion m8, gr8 script what u suggest me before when i was searching a good public tracker script & without ur help i never found all that thanks again my frnd love this community & Bravolist.

ok here it goes

loginto your vps via sftp

home/admin/httpd/

here will be your sites folder with the php.ini

this needs editing to your timezone

example

US_ENG

then reboot
