need a little help with catagories

hi all
iam currently using TSSE 4.3 and recently added a new theme and since then I only have 2 catagorie ICONS and only 2 catagories to chose from in my upload page

if some 1 can give me a bit of guidence to fix this id be most appreciative

further info the 2 that show are still in the same folder that the other icons are and are not duped any where else on my DB

Go to http://mywebsite.com/admin/index.php?act=category and than creat your own Categorie.
