Looking for a coder

I have an idea about a Movie and TV tracker because I know that their are users out their who only download movies and TV shows, and music only when they need it.

I want to lessen the burden put on them to join elite trackers for each category, and combine the best of the best to create the Elite Tracker so that one Day we will Triumph the Net.

Which brings me to cost I do not ask for money to help run I will financially put in money so that everything is paid. All I ask for is a little time to bring it to life.

I will give you full access to the site once live and full privileges as a member and coder and Vice President of the site.

As well I have some ideas already I do have a domain name and servers and seedboxes.
When we contact each other I would share these ideas with you as I do not want to post them here as others users may try to take the ideas.

PS before i forget as it is not oblivious already the source is going to Gazelle. ;)

I am now willing pay over paypal, money will be based on how much the contract was decided for.
