What specifications are needed?

Hey, me and my friend are soon going to buy a VPS, and i need some help. Will a server with 512mb RAM and 1GB Burst ram and 1TB of bandwidth be enough for two business presentation sites with not that much hits, they're small companies, and a seedbox?

Will it work fairly good?

i think it should be enough, go for it
