Error 403 in my client (utorrent)

hello,
I'm using this source of tbdev here : http://bvlist.com/other-downloads/33...s-tracker.html

when I upload a file in the tracker I got 403 error in my client !

why?

Same at me : i got INVALID DATA or something like that !

And when you edit a torrent name or something you will see it will not save !

If no1 can help us, i think i'm gonna put the files from Xzone Source and the "torrents" sql and see if it worksannounce.php too ! :X !

I fixed multiple error (like INVALID DATA or Err2,3,4 ...) .
I got the ferdis source working perfectly with xammp (locally), but when I host it I got error 403 in my client (utorrent) after the upload !
plz can someone help !
