Its decoded very "corectly", if you don`t like it don`t download it...it`s simple

The problem is that the
install.php file is not YET decoded ...also
wysiwyg.php and
upgrade.php are not decoded but you could use the install file from TS v5.4.1...and i also included a database dump for testing
I never said it was perfect but this is the best we could do so far !
(i`m getting help from some very experienced coders so you could find it nulled soon)
