I tend to disagree. I've used this, and find the panel to be very cumbersome...for use as a tracker.
It is based off of a forums script...I think MyBB, which I never cared for. Difficult to get the permissions set properly...we were constantly having problems...people who we thought were set, still had problems accessing things they should have had access to.
I would rate this script, at best, 5th.
