well firstly I am no nOOb and secondly you talk of cpanel tutorials well that's rich coming from host who doesn't even have the sense to provide real ftp details...I tell you what take your own advice and do google checks on how to use WHM and how to add users properly to hosting service and then maybe you might get it right lol nOOb that's the funniest thing I have heard all week
