Default [Help] Setup an irc server for a torrent tracker
Hi everyone!

I'd like to setup an irc server for a torrent tracker (Gazelle, Ocelot, Ubuntu 13.04 64bit) with some basic feature like:
- Type /msg <a tracker nick> ENTER rfadown <secrect code> to join
- Staff channel: only staff can access
- Support channel,...
- View some basic user informations
- Announce new torrent
-...

I tried to Google for a long time but can't find any information.

Please help me. Thanks a lot!
