Best bet for you is to go to
http://forum-u-232.servebeer.com/ and ask someone to create a new theme, because thats what you need. You need a designer who is willing to spend time to convert the original v5. A word of warning, pick who you choose carefully as there are quite a few crooks out there. This should be reasonably straight forward as v5 has a bootstrap framework in place which is reasonably easy to manupulate
