There are two possible problems ...
1) See if your torrent has been uploaded first and is really in your torrent dir by clicking on
http://yoursitename.com/mytorrents.php.
2) You will need to bring the torrent file down for the torrent to seed. If you are aware of this then pm me your site and let me see what i can do.
