Possibly Youtorrent source code, you can find Youtorrent source here, with a simple search.
It looks like the same source as what Mininova and Extratorents use.. Not sure though. :) Bear in mind that you could mod most trackers to have a similar feel.Taking in to account, that is a DHT tracker, some alteration will be needed.
