That's true i was suppose to install torrent tracker on forum dats why i move to 3.8.7 version n installed torrent then i get to know from host that i m not able to use SSH n ROOT ACCESS on shared hosting :-< thats why u cant see nething on dat page anyways
looking for sumthing else to start 
actually i have shared hosting so now em kinda confused what to do
