to add moderator, administrator, just click on the user , end down to Edit This User at Class ..select the class you whan for him ...end at Suport select Yes , end to suport for: right something here for suport. end thi Okay .
To add SysOp go to you phpmyadmin .then your tracker database ..end to users..select id end navigate ...search the user ..end click on edit ...at Class put 96 execute , now you are done
