your password is wrong. its telling you the problem in black and white. double check your database details on server and in config. also is this a shared server? if so you may need to point to a socket rather than using localhost. but i think it is more than likely your details are not matching.
i have installed 99% of sources here and without an issue, 9/10 in 10-15minutes the tracker is running.
