i have the same problem, wen i try to upload a torrent it says Unable to upload torrent! . I use xampp ... and ts_special_edition_v5_1_(nulled by mrdecoder)_fixed_v2 for my torrent tracker .... i think maybe i need to do some changes in the php.ini or httpd.conf files maybe i need to change something ther ....
